About our Compliance Certificate service
A compliance certificate proves an existing building is safe and meets requirements — often needed for commercial activities and licence renewals. We inspect, issue the engineering report and follow through to approval.
Building compliance requires identifying the requirements of the relevant certificate. We review the building, findings and documents and clarify the inspection and reporting scope. Compliance does not automatically replace an occupancy certificate or permit.
