We started with a simple idea: engineering without the hassle
Eng. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi founded Smart Idea in Jeddah after years on major projects, seeing owners shuttle between separate offices for design, permits and supervision — losing time and repeating mistakes.
Today our 35+ engineers and specialists cover architecture, structures, MEP, surveying and permits — handling each client's entire file under one roof.
